The private pension application are for all the private school and private special school ranging from elementary school to universities, and the regular school personnels working in the school management institute that is installing and operating these.(Obligatory Application)
In addition, the regular school personnel of the private schools, such as nursery schools, all the schools, technical schools, citizenship training schools, and the school personnel of the R & D institute that is equipping and operating with graduate schools by law can be the subjects, as long as with approval from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology.

Person who is appointed with the extent of the quota on articles of association according to the regulations of Article 70-2 of Private School Law
