Summary
So far, the National Pension can be paid only for the subject who has been working in position for more than 10 years, and the occupational pension (Public service pension, Private pension, special post office pension) such as private pension for more than 20 years. If not, the subject should receive the lump-sum allowance
However, As [Act for linkage between the National Pension and the Occupational Pension] has been implemented from 7th August, 2009, the pension can be paid, if the total length of office is for over 10 years, with totaling up the National Pension and the Public Pension (20 years if the retirement date of the Occupational Pension is before 2th January, 2016)
