Linkage Application Subject
After 7th August, 2009, the school personnel has been a subject who has transferred between the National Pension and the Occupational Pension.
Provided, the school personnel has been a subject who has transferred from the National Pension to the Occupational Pension between 23rd , July, 2007 and 6th , August, 2009 can be regarded as exemption. Approved Examples and Disapproved Examples
Linkage Application
In case of hoping to apply for linkage, you can select and apply in the prefer pension among the prescribed pension institutes.
In case of transferring from the National Pension to the Occupational Pension, you can select and apply in the convenient one to link this.
You cannot cancel it once it has been done.
It is necessary for you to consider it sufficiently when applying, If you cannot fulfil for 20years after linkage or it is not
for receiving the pension.
Linkage Application Time
- Within 5 years(Negative Prescription) from 60 year old (Disqualification Date on National Pension Law)
- In case of transferring from the Occupational Pension to the National Pension
Within 2 years from prescribing the National Pension if receiving of the lump-sum allowance for retirement, and within 5 years from the retirement date, if not received the lump-sum allowance for retirement, (Negative Prescription).
