In obtaining the price fluctuation rate of the previous year as compared to that of the year before last, the price index based on a certain month is not obtained but the average annual price index of the relevant year is compared.. ※ Consumer Price Fluctuation Rate = (Average Nationwide Consumer Price Index of the Previous Year - Average Nationwide Consumer Price Index of the Year before Last ) / Annual Average Nationwide Consumer Price Index of the Year before Last × 100)
